While the equation for need based aid (Cost of Attendance – Family Contribution = Need-based Aid) is fairly simple, it’s the methodology that public and private schools use to determine family contribution that is complex. We have a deep understanding of that methodology. We conduct an in-depth analysis of the parent’s and student’s income and assets and provide recommendations to present your situation in the most favorable light for receiving need-based financial aid, mostly coming in the form of grant dollars.

In most cases, you’ll be filling out the forms online when the time comes. However, through our process we gather the necessary data to fill out the FAFSA, and PROFILE or private institutional forms for you beforehand. When you sit down to fill out the forms online you’ll have every answer to every question right in front of you. All schools require the FAFSA form, however there are several hundred schools that require the PROFILE as well. Visit our Resource Center to access the list.

We stay with you until the student chooses their school. We provide a timeline and keep you informed every step of the way to ensure you’re meeting all the necessary deadlines.
